Group Registration:

Delegates can enjoy significant savings on registration fees when registering by sending teams to events. The events offer discounted rates for groups as small as 3 colleagues.

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES full conference documentation, two luncheons and one cocktail;

ACCOMMODATION: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. We have reserved a limited block of rooms with a hotel at a specially discounted rate. To reserve a room, please visit : www.city-rail.com and download the reservation form. Note, the discounted rates are on a first come first reserved basis and will be based on availability. Reserve early by 3rd of July 2009 to take advantage of this discount;

PAYMENT TERMS are 3 working days; joining details will be sent to the delegates two weeks prior to the event;

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-day event will be provided by a professional team of translators.

CANCELLATION: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations before than the 29th of May. Any cancellation that is received after the 29th of May and before the 3rd of July 2009 will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after 3rd of July 2009 will bear the full liability of the total conference fee.
